Why Solana+Telegram?

Solana is renowned for its high throughput capabilities and relatively low gas fees, experiencing rapid growth in recent years. Despite Solana’s performance advantages over Ethereum, it faces severe challenges from a large number of small games or a single large game, where hundreds of thousands or even millions of users’ on-chain interactions will severely impact the main chain performance of Solana. This is particularly true during special operational activities.

Considering that LayerNet gaming platform is built on Telegram, which has 900 million users, we need to concurrently support tens of thousands of games running simultaneously. This means ensuring a seamless gaming experience for tens of millions or even hundreds of millions of users. Currently, Solana cannot meet our requirements, which necessitates the creation of a separate, dedicated gaming layer.
